@matigo When I'm home, I usually jog around outside for longer than that. I think the only reason I go an hour on a treadmill is because they're usually limited to 60 minutes. Well, that and I usually have other time constraints to work with.

Laat time I flew in an ATR aircraft was in Denmark. This time, it’s POS > PGI in the Caribbean.

Went a full hour at a 4mph pace, heart rate mostly stayed in Zone 2. 👊🏻

The treadmill said 3.8 miles, the Apple Watch said 4.2 miles. Whatever, it's an hour on the treadmill.
