@matigo I have a seperate supply of allergy meds which is the main one. Will be interesting to see what my blood sugar will be without Metformin…and beer of the Belgian and Guinness variety ?

@matigo I discovered that I forgot to pack this week's medicines and supplements, some of which help me sleep. This could be an interesting week. ?
