It cost me an upgrade certificate, but totally worth it to get Delta One service from SEA to PVG en-route to BKK.

@matigo Basically only flights that connect to theirs. This flight got me between Brussels and Dublin.

Apparently the partnership between United and Aer Lingus only applies to very specific flights. So no credit for that flight.

And yes, I normally fly Delta, but I still have a Mileage Plus account due to all the years of flying United.

When I plugged my phone into the car the other day, it decided what I needed to hear was Murray Head's One Night in Bangkok [youtube.com] instead of whatever podcast I was listening to last.

Which is a weird coincidence because I'm heading to Bangkok again tomorrow.
