And yes, I normally fly Delta, but I still have a Mileage Plus account due to all the years of flying United.

@nitinkhanna Not sure how much you can do with a VPN-based adblocker. Probably redirect the requests to a different server that hosts a 1x1 pixel transparent image or something. Not sure what adblockers do that.
