@larand I will say that my current employer has not done a widespread RIF. Even at my last employer, our business unit was mostly spared from these, though I definitely knew when they were going on (even remotely).
@larand The one advantage to being a field employee is that I don't see when those things happen. :P
@matigo I plan to keep doing what I've been doing. May tweak what I'm eating a little bit here and there as things are not exactly where I want them to be.
Considering how much I traveled last year, the fact I lost a few pounds along the way is pretty good. Could lose a bunch more, but happy I'm not backsliding.
I guess if you’re going to wake up because of a coughing fit paired with jet lag, finding and killing a wasp that somehow got into the kitchen is a nice consolation prize.
Upgrades on Domestic flights are always nice but Delta One service is a step above. ??
