@matigo apparently my not soon enough ex’s lawyer had a trial that ran over or something. Also, my lawyer had told me the wrong date. 🙄
Now the next hearing in my divorce process is…August 8th. It’s been pushed back twice now. Also now being offered late September dates for mediation.
This can’t be over soon enough.
I have nothing more than a feeling to go on, but I think my daughter finally saw what her mother has become. Hope she can navigate her way through it.

Yesterday, I got told about a work event in Nashville that I'm going to attend. Problem is: it was the same day as a hearing in my divorce. I don't need to attend it and my thought at the time was: this is the universe telling me not to worry about it.
Today, I found out the hearing in my divorce is getting moved to early August. Which ends up being a good thing as the original hearing date didn't allow me to get her full financial disclosure.
The universe works in strange ways.
