it wouldn't have been that difficult to, oh I dunno, pay cash at that restaurant?

Funny thing: I never once went to that restaurant in the time I lived there.

One interesting thing I discovered when I reviewed the financial documents the not soon enough ex finally provided was that she went to a restaurant quite near where I was living back in February. Considering it's not where she lives or frequents, I'd say: she was trying to find me.

And my lawyer wonders why I will NOT divulge where I live to her under any circumstances.

She's allegedly tried to apply for several jobs and has not been successful. How hard she's actually tried is debatable.

Meanwhile, she is claiming expenses her provided financial records don't support and I see some interesting charges and deposits from when we were married.

what you fail to understand is: she’s a narcissist. She’s using everything at her disposal to ensure I remain in her life under her control for as long as possible. Especially right now since she doesn’t have a source of income otherwise…

that's the entire point of the exercise, you realize. :P

My not soon enough ex is trying to asset that phoneboy.com is a community asset, even though I established it in 1996…before we were married.

true, and the message it sends to my not soon enough ex is worth it.

The original order had me making payments on "joint credit cards." I agreed because I knew our credit cards weren't actually joint, SHE was the primary cardholder and had cancelled me from them before I even filed the divorce paperwork. The court just affirmed that.
