@larand ?
Is it sad that when I see a "local" number calling my mobile phone that's not already in my phonebook, I immediately think: scam call?
@jussipekonen The trick will be keeping it off. That said the stakes are much higher than the last time I achieved this kind of weight loss success.
@jws What are you eating during that one meal a day? That also plays a role (as does when).
My pulmonologist said, based on my recent changes and the sleep test results, I could try sleeping without CPAP. Let’s see how I do.

@matigo No, I just need to be able to check my blood pressure daily to make sure it's not creeping up. Assuming it doesn't, and I don't experience other symptoms, I should be able to drop CPAP entirely. Otherwise, I can go back to CPAP.
@matigo it does mean I'll need to take a blood pressure monitor with me on the next few trips. Which will be smaller than a CPAP, thankfully.
Actually got a phone call from my pulmonologist today. I’m improved from my initial diagnosis but I’m still borderline. Gonna try sleeping without the CPAP for a few weeks and monitor my blood pressure.
That’s progress.
