@variablepulserate The good news is that, in the US at least, we are starting to see some softening of the guidelines.

Cholesterol, for instance, is no longer considered a nutrient of concern for overconsumption because there is “no appreciable relationships between consumption of dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol.
