It's rare I get a bird's eye view of the shiny metal tube I'm about to take. This is not one of those times, but that plane is parked at my gate.

it's not dangerously low but it is a little concerning since I rarely see numbers in this range.

The only way I can do that not consume anything. While I generally avoid the food, I can't say the same thing about liquids.

Wow, that's…a bit lower than I was expecting. And yes, I checked again to make sure. ?#bgnow #diabetes

that's something I was doing when my diabetes was not well controlled. It gets old real fast.

I usually get up too often for a Window seat. On redeyes, I'll take them.

The consolation prize for the redeye flight I just took is a shower…and this view from the SkyClub in Atlanta.

Wheels down ATL. What is this sleep thing anyway?

While I would have preferred a First Class seat for this redeye, a Comfort+ Window seat is the next best thing.

A familiar spot at a not so familiar time. Red wine for the redeye to Atlanta. ??
