@hybotics Chromebooks are definitely cheaper than a traditional laptop. Installing full Linux on it definitely makes it more useful.
@hybotics frankly I'm surprised you even attempted ChromeBook. That said, I do like ChromeOS for "browse only" devices, particularly on some of my older laptops that can't quite run a full modern OS.

At the movie theater and I’m not having popcorn. Makes the expensive movie experience somewhat cheaper.
The waistline is definitely receding as I punch another hole in my belt this morning.
