It’s amazing I had to explain fare classes to a fucking travel agent. But I managed to get them to rebook my “Basic Economy” ticket to something I could upgrade. ??
Wish I always got seats like this. Maybe a little more often once I achieve Diamond Medallion status?

@ukhaiku Considering we aren't allowed to book non-refundable hotel rooms, I'm shocked they allow the travel agents to book completely non-refundable airfare.
