@kdfrawg this was a pretty long read. I suspect I may be adding some plain yogurt to my diet.

@kdfrawg the first night of poor sleep I wrote off. When it happened a second time in almost exactly the same way, I was pretty sure the meds had something to do with it.

Hopefully taking the meds in the morning will be enough to counteract the insomnia.

Apparently the bugs in our gut [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] play a huge role in what we eat and why we are fat.

you're telling me, hope I can get it back to where it has been.

@kdfrawg It's what two days of not sleeping very well and a poor meal choice does.

@thrrgilag just renewed my subscription with trust.zone. They seem to be one of the lower-priced options that ticks all the privacytools.io boxes.

always nice when you can fix stuff not designed to be fixed…

Definitely better to take my blood pressure medicine in the morning. Had proper sleep last night, but I suppose the real test is tonight.

Alrighty, let’s see if I can actually sleep tonight.

very familiar with this. When I had stitches put in my finger, I found I felt pain while I looked at what they were doing even though they had numbed it. When I stopped looking, I felt nothing.

Now when I go get blood draws and shots, I make sure not to look. Makes it much less painful.
