Given I was at a 152 earlier today, this #bgnow is great. Intermittent fasting is a wonderful thing.
Diabetes tracking apps really have ZERO idea how to deal with timezone changes on the same day.
I did the couple of things I needed to do and I still have a couple hours to kill…
@matigo To be fair, I didn't do a ton of work yesterday. And it's either that or stare at the TV and drink cocktails. :P
