A good #bgnow on the run… Image

Give him a $200 Chromebook, he won't know the difference. :P

@kdfrawg not even mentioning fasting goes against their own dietary guidelines!

  1. Eating multiple meals a day increases insulin in the system. Fasting does not.

  2. Intermittent fasting requires a lifestyle change. Once you do it, it's amazingly easy.

  3. It's amazing what I can eat when I only eat one meal a day and still have good blood glucose.

  4. It's much easier to meal plan when you have to plan for fewer meals.

Reading the Abridged Standards of Care from the American Diabetes Association [clinical.diabetesjournals.org], it's very clear how much of a bonanza this disease is for the drug companies.

@kdfrawg Given that Adam Curry is in Austin, I'm sure I'll hear all about it on today's No Agenda. :P

@kdfrawg and yet everyone thinks it's safe…

you should be able to get a decent notebook for $2500. What do you get for $4800…

hahaha yeah no ?

Interesting: Metformin (a drug I take for diabetes) is apparently an anti-aging pill.

no argument there but back then there weren’t multi-billion dollar companies ensuring doctors prescribe their shit or use their products. ?
