@variablepulserate a lot of teams are. I just happen to work for an Israeli company in a function that’s mostly in Israel. It has pros and cons.
The problem with working with a team that is 10 hours ahead is you burn the candle at both ends. Also doesn’t help the team will be largely on holiday for most of September, so the next few days will be stressful.
