The first mile felt ok, but then my knee started hurting a bit, so not pushing it.

@matigo we have three trees in the house that went up…early last month. We skipped Halloween decorations this year :P

The knees hurt a bit today. Probably need to back off on something diet-wise 😬
My goal this month is a few less miles…with a little more effort. We’ll see how that goes.
