It's funny, I got known for making a particular website twenty-something years ago, and I'm basically doing the same thing now except it's my day job and have to deal with a CMS, CSS, and a SaaS application.

And let's not forget corporate politics. Which, I have to admit, aren't nearly as bad as many people who work for a Fortune 500 companies deal with. Then again, maybe working from home shields me from a lot of it, but that comes with its own challenges.

Givw iFit credit for quickly addressing the issue they created with my NordicTrack treadmill, suddenly requiring an account. I've removed the WiFi configuration and disabled it so no further "improvements" can be made to my experience.‬

I've had the thing 18 months. This morning, my daughter went to use it and was like: it wants an account.

Yeah, those idiots updated the firmware and removed the option where you can bypass logging in. There's a special place in hell for companies that do stuff like that.
