@matigo it takes me 5-10 minutes to shower, but I do sit at my desk for far too long. Depends on how well the "I'm charged" notifications work, I guess.

Normally just getting started at 30 minutes but, you know, working back up slowly.

@matigo even the newer ones might get a day and a half or two days tops, depending on how you use it.
Once they start doing sleep tracking with WatchOS 7, trying to figure out when to charge the damn thing is going to be the challenge.

@matigo I'm actually on vacation this week. With my wife and daughter elsewhere for a few days, and the weather being excellent, it kinda feels like one even.
@matigo there's a reason I end up with people's old computers. When paired with the right task, even a 15-20 year old computer is more than enough.
The only reason I'm using two different computers is because my router doesn't allow any communications between the guest and private WiFi networks unless I open it up entirely. Which, for obvious reasons, I'd rather not do. š¬
@matigo that's in a Lenovo X60. I probably got that laptop as a discard in 2011.
@matigo older than that, Iām afraid. According to /proc/cpuinfo, they are:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G850 @ 2.90GHz
Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2500 @ 2.00GHz
What is a 10 year old computer and a 15 year old laptop good for? Pi-holeing. The older laptop required a bit of finagling with ānon-freeā wireless drivers and 32-bit Debian, but it does the job.

Ok, finally got my Linux Mint Desktop machineā¦cleaned up so future upgrades can happen. Fresh install FTW.
