@peemee that's all "grains" and would likely depend how it's made. Unless it's some unique bread I'm not likely to find anywhere else, I'll skip it.

@streakmachine problem is that modern bread basically turns into sugar in your body. Perhaps one of the traditionally made breads with less industrialized grains would be less harmful.
That said, I'd rather not risk it.
Still making breathing only through the nose a habit in general, but especially during these runs.

11 years ago, I made the first of many business trips to Tel Aviv and managed an afternoon on the beach. No business trips right now or anytime soon, so I'll have to settle for some intermittent sunshine in my backyard. Wasn't a beach body then or now, but I'm a lot closer today than I ever was. #FaceliftFriday

@hybotics I never used water in my CPAP, FWIW. That would have made traveling with the thing even more challenging.
Today's Vinnie Tortorich podcast (always first on the list when running) was about breathing. Within five minutes, I stopped breathing through my mouth. Did help me stay in Zone 2 better.

@matigo I remember thinking this at the age of five, which makes it all the more powerful.
First time in a while I've been home to get my born day drink from Starbucks but never expected I'd be enjoying it in my car because, well, social distancing, Covid-19, whatever you want to call it.
