Will admit, the last several days on the scale have been…discouraging. Is it stress? Is it lack of sleep? Is it eating too much of even NSNG foods? Is it adding a little of JT's bodyweight exercises to my day? Probably all of the above.

On the other hand, this is the best run I've had in a while.

My evening was spent editing podcasts for work and recording one for…PhoneBoy Speaks. Which I haven't done in a while.

I watched the movie Network from 1976. You know, the one where Howard Beale goes "I'm made as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore."

What amuses me is just how little has changed since the 70s. There's still just a few "networks" on "screens" and it's still just as fake and manipulated as ever.
