Just to add to all the bullcrap going on in the world, my father-in-law just got moved to hospice. He was undergoing chemo for lung cancer, among other health issues. His prognosis is…not good.

The dying process isn't for sissies, that's for sure. It doesn't help when the immediate family disagrees about how what's likely the final days should play out.

Jogging in sandals is definitely harder, but I'm getting the hang of it.

And four more before the daylights gone.

The sandals are slowing me down a little. This isn't entirely a bad thing.

Had a little more time for round two today.
