My treadmill decided this morning an account was now required to use it 18 months after I purchased it. The outdoors has no such requirement, thankfully.
@matigo I remember one time in high school, they made us run to town and back, which I believe is about a 4 mile round trip. Yeah, that just about killed me. Now, I can easily do twice that (or more) every day.
So, yeah, I'm in a lot better shape now than I've ever been.

@jussipekonen haven't done an official A1C test in a while, but based on what my blood glucose meter says, I'm probably still good there. I'm having one done in the next couple weeks.

@matigo it still had the moving sticker on it from 2007. And, yeah, it's been high school since I was under 200 pounds.
