@variablepulserate Visible is owned by Verizon [verizon.com]. Even though the coverage is identical to Comcast (who uses Verizon), data service seems a bit more peppy. Most likely because of better prioritization…
Because I had forgotten the password to my WiFi router, I had to factory reset it. When I tried to enter the same password I had previously, it was rejected because it contained a space. Considering I entered this passphrase before and it worked, one can only assume some middle manager at Belkin decided it was ok to require passwords NOT to include spaces.
Funny, I no longer have space for Belkin (or Linksys) products in my life.
The one thing I appreciate about Number Portability is not having to talk to anyone at Comcast about cancelling their shitty service. That plus eSIM made switching to Visible…pretty easy, actually. Took all of about 10 minutes or so per line.
@matigo trust me, my credit is not an issue. Convincing a multi-billion dollar corporation with one of the worst customer service reputations of something their computer says is wrong is…a waste of time.
Who knew getting a new Apple Watch would require me to change mobile operators? They decided, despite having excellent credit, that I was a credit risk and wouldn’t let me add a new line. Ok, then, I guess I’ll just take the rest of my lines elsewhere, too.

@matigo it’s funny, I didn’t do a whole lot with Napster. And I actually buy more music now than I ever did. And that’s despite having an Apple Music subscription, which I switched back to after having a YouTube Music subscription for a time.
Now it seems to me some fine things
