I actually built up a personal brand around the name PhoneBoy doing an FAQ website about Check Point Firewalls in the late 1990s. I had a long career with Nokia's Security Appliance business that was sold to Check Point in 2009.

I was a call screener on a radio show about the Internet in 1996. The host forgot my name and called me Phone Boy. I said, "not living this name down so I better embrace it."

Whoever described the 7 minute workout as thoroughly unpleasant wasn't kidding.

Nobody is listening to your phone calls right now. They are, however, recording it so they can listen to it later.
