Will be in Denmark next week, fly back to Seattle only to turn around less than a day later to end up in Florida. Then fly home for a few days, and go back to Florida.

Clearly, I need more airline miles. And hotel points, both of which I recently spent for the benefit of the family.

Which is completely fine, but again, a totally solvable problem. Especially when at least one airline--namely Southwest--has figured out how to do this.

How is it most airlines have no clue how to let one passenger buy two seats for themselves online? Even the reservations folks have trouble with the request. Very annoying.

That's just on Delta since 2010 (though I didn't fly them regularly until 2015). That's…a lot of miles.

If you count the more than $15k in air tickets (and all the miles it put on my body) as "free" ??

I got it for free because I "earned" Diamond status for the next year. If I had to pay for it, it would be not allowed.

Given all the travel I do, renewing my SkyClub membership was a no-brainer.
