@matigo I'm sure people would pay good money to lose 60 pounds in 5 weeks. ?
@matigo The only adverse issue is that, when I do eat, I should definitely remain near a toilet. That said, it's not a new issue for me. ?
Over the last 90 days, I've averaged about 2-3 pounds a week. Which is only a little more than the 1-2 pounds a week conventional wisdom claims is safe. I've seen people lose weight much faster on the fasting subreddits.
I guess when you add an internal network, it's probably a good idea to add it to the anti-spoofing configuration. :P
@matigo yup. Wednesday, there wasn't anyone around to have dinner with, so I decided to skip it. Thursday, I was in shiny metal tubes at dinner time, which makes none of the choices good, so I skipped it. Today, I had a latte with heavy cream at Starbucks (almost a meal in itself) plus dinner.
Now officially down 3.4 pounds for the week, so there's that.
@kdfrawg I don't think anyone advises overuse, only that overuse may not be quite as bad as not having enough.
This shit is complicated. :(
@kdfrawg I don't count it as a meal. That said, I tend to have it later in the day either around meal time or in place of a meal.
And no, I haven't had clam broth before. I will have to try The Clam House next time I'm down in the Bay Area, which I suspect I will be doing again in the near future.
