Pretty sure even if parties agree to something in writing, if it contains provisions that would require you to knowingly commit a crime or be complicit in criminal activity, those provisions are not enforceable in court.

@variablepulserate yeah, Washington State requires mediation prior to any trial. Spent 9 hours with this guy and my lawyer. Talk about an expensive day.

@matigo we’ve signed an agreement. There will be more paperwork to do in order to transfer assets and such, but it’s basically over.
